If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam, even if they say they will reimburse you! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address! THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE,

Please read carefully the whole process involved...

This is the rundown memo/ basic procedure so that we won't get confused along the line.

1. You send in your resume/cv at our company for any of the available job vacancies on our consultancy emails or national web address.

2. A Basic Questionnaire for Application Eligibility is sent for applicants to answer, this will then determine if they are sent the documents for application or not; which is the next phase.

3. If you are qualified for the job position, you then get an interview questionnaire from the company which only affects your pay grade and not your job status. This is because we mostly recruit from credential criteria.

4. Our company Lawyer from the Lacey Law Firm, Tustin CA, Post Master and Human Resource Director Will then approve your offer letter, which is going to be sent to you to sign and resend. This is after you have been selected by the Board Members of the USPS to occupy your desired post.

5. You then get a clearance letter (manuscript) for your registration at the immigration, signed and stamped by the HR Mr. Sean Deschamp Corby.

6. Your papers are then carried to Homeland security/ Immigration Field Office USCIS and your work permit, visa and Social Security Card is then applied for. An Employment Authorization Application form is then procured (which the company pays for $75) and your Filling and visa Registration fee equally paid for (by the company as well $465): N:B; this includes the 95% that the company handles which comprises of; Filling Fee/Visa Registration fee, National Insurance, Travel Insurance, Medical Insurance, Flight Tickets and Document Delivery charges: a total of roughly about $6875).

7. (Now you must be wondering why you would get to cover 5%? sadly, the constitution on expatriate employment was a little bit redefined sometime last year by president Donald trump and presently he is working on a mass deportation policy. Before, we used to cover even the work permit and social security card fee. But immigration state laws on the H-1B/J1/H2B/J2 visas program have been redefined and amended, and these programs are the only way we guarantee 100% visa collection and entry into the US.

Lately, they insist that for every immigrant there is a Visa Aiding Agent from any of the United States Immigration field offices who should be in charge of their processing and document handling, to ensure a 100% visa collection. If this wasn't the case we would have equally paid for the work permit and social security card fee (as it ought to be our duty to do so).
We do not want any visa failure, that’s why we keep following USDHS norms though we too are a Federal Company.

8. After you have filled your Employment Authorization Form, we wait for the immigration to provide us with a visa aiding agent who is going to handle your papers.

9. When they do, you pay for your work permit to any of their agent accounts (which they will provide). Immediately you pay for your work permit, the company pays your travel insurance ($1200).

With the aid of a visa aiding agent, things are faster, so we wait on the immigration to provide us with a date for collection of your work permit which is usually 4days to 5days.The work permit fee you pay for is $450.

10. As soon as your work permit is out, I procure it from the immigration and I pay for your health insurance ($2200).

11. After payment of your Health Insurance, YOU then make payments for your social security card; which is $260 (this completes your 5% of payments and that’s all you pay for). The visa processing usually then takes 1 to 2 weeks’ time and it is approved.

12. I then collect all your originals in a single file and parcel them up (every single document you will need including your flight/air tickets which are bought by the company still, usually the flight dates are booked ahead of time to avoid deadlines). By this time the immigration must have provided us with an interview date which will be scheduled for at your home US embassy.

**IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT NO MONEY IS PAID TO THE UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE, WE DO NOT DEMAND OR RECEIVE MONEY FOR EMPLOYMENT. IF YOU HAVE ANY CASE WHERE MONEY IS BEEN DEMANDED FROM YOU FOR PLACEMENT OR JOB OFFER, KNOW IT IS A SCAM , KINDLY REPORT IT TO support@uspsmaryland.com **

Regards,
HR Director, USPS Baltimore, MD, USA Sean D. Corby.
