This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam, even if they say they will reimburse you! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address! RE: LETTER OF APPOINTMENT:
EMPLOYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS.

We refer to your earlier forwarded application for job engagement with relations Suncor Energy and Job Reference Number: SEC: 2019/08/045

On the above subject matter, Suncor Energy hereby congratulates you on your successful emergence based on detailed recruitment by our official recruitment Department/Consultants.

Further details are as follows:
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm, Saturday: 10am - 2pm

SALARY: (As stated in the Letter of Appointment) per monthly /take-home (After tax), CAD or USD equivalent depending on Home country and currency preference.

JOB LOCATION: Alberta, Canada.

CONTRACT PERIOD: Two (2) Years in the First Instance But Mutually Extendable. START DATE: (As stated in the Letter of Appointment)

ARTICLE 1: CONTRACT PERIOD

The contract period shall be for Contract duration: The contract shall last for duration of 24 consecutive months; 2 year and could be renewed only if employer is satisfied with employee's services.

ARTICLE 2: FEES FOR SERVICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENTS

2.1 We shall pay immediately into your Bank account, your Two Months upfront salary, including Employment benefits through our Paying Bank here in Alberta once we receive a copy of your signed LETTER OF APPOINTMENT & other Employment Certification from your end.

2.2 We shall pay Employees on satisfactory performance of the services the sum stated above per monthly or USD equivalent depending on employee’s home country.

2.3 We shall pay for services rendered by employee by Cheque presented on a monthly basis at the rate stated therein

2.4 Payments of undisputed invoices will be made by Hotel to the employee monthly.

2.5 We shall pay all fees in CAD Dollars or CAD equivalent depending on employees’ home country and shall be paid; 75% to an offshore account provided by Employee and 25% locally.

Employer for each intercontinental trip shall pay 3,520.00 CAD flat rate travel/entertainment allowances to employee. Travel shall be by business class/first class. However for the purpose of commencement, the cost of travel ticket shall be paid in addition to travel/entertainment allowance. Cost shall be substantiated and shall be the rate charged at the Period/time of purchase.

Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family only on employees' early notification to employer and as shall be requested by employee.

2.6 OTHER BENEFITS

Phones: The employer will provide each employee with one (1) landline and one (1) mobile telephone. This shall have a reasonable credit limit application per month.

Local transportation: HONDA CIVIC SEDAN 2016M shall be fully provided for employee and family by employer for mobility of labor.

Adequate private office space in a conducive and comfortable work environment shall be provided for each employee.

Employees’ shall be authorized three (3) times paid vacation during the term of the contract, to be used at the employees ‘discretion after duly informing and receiving approval from employer’s management. Employer will pay for travel expenses
(i.e. flight tickets) and flat rate travel allowance of 3, 520.00 CAD.

ARTICLE 3: TERMINATION

3.1 This Agreement may be terminated: -
(i) If the services stated therein are not rendered satisfactorily.
(ii) If the duration of the Agreement stated therein expires and no extension has been given.
(iii) Under Force Majored as stated therein

ARTICLE 4: ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement embodies the entire understanding of the parties here to and any prior representation or arrangements are hereby superseded.

ARTICLE 5: ATTESTATION
As Witness, the hands of the duly authorized representatives of the parties, the day and year first above written;

ARTICLE 6: VISA, WORK/RESIDENCE PERMIT
We will secure your Residence and Work Permit/Visa from the Canadian Immigrations Services through our Law Firm Representative, a family Visa will as well be provided if you are relocating down here with your family. This will enable you live and work legally here.

INTERNATIONAL WORKER
As An International Worker, you are to commence the processing of your WORK VISA/PERMIT through our Immigration Representative,. You should Note that all payment of Visa and Work Permit will be solely catered by your Employer but you are required by the Law to Pay for the Police Clearance Document and Law Firm Representative Service Etc.
