This is a fake job scam! There is no job! Do not send documents or money! If you are not interviewed face to face, in person, the job offer is Always a scam! If you are asked to pay fees for a visa or work permit or anything else, the job offer is a scam, even if they say they will reimburse you! No real company or embassy ever uses a free email address for any reason! This is the classic advance fee fraud fake job scam. You are offered a job though there is no face to face interview. The “interview” is via email, online or by telephone. There is no way for the “employer” to even know if it is indeed you dong the “interview”. Of course, you never see your “employer” (That’s because you are dealing with a scammer.) There are all these fees which must be paid before you can start working. The “employer” says he will pay some but some you have to pay and the “employer” will reimburse you, but never deduct the money from your salary. This is because there is no job and there will be no salary. The “employer” says that the government will not let him pay the fee himself. The “employer” (scammer) hopes that you are convinced that the job exists and you will be paid and be reimbursed for the fees you have to pay up front.. Unfortunately, as soon as you pay this “fee” you will be asked to pay another and another until you realize that there is no job and you have been scammed.

• INTERVIEW
Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants Management does give Informational, telephone Interview and also give/offer more training for our worker. Therefore, do not bother about UMID, TOR, Diploma Certificate because more training will be provided to you by the Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants Management and concern the training, the training will be held at our training office here in London, the United Kingdom. It is a four weeks training programme and Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants Management are paying you for the training services.

• JOB OFFER
Room Attendant

• REGULAR WORKING HOURS
You are expected to work for 36 hours per week / 6 hours per day... Monday – Saturday. Note this, it is a shifting work.

• CONTRACT PERIOD

The host employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants Management) will refund your work permit fees (£610 GBP). The fee will be payable together with your first salary and note, The United Kingdom government law does not allow host employers to shoulder the work permit fee for an applicant. It is the proof of your recent tuberculosis medical result that will validate your U.K Job Appointment Certificate, your work permit fee will validate your U.K Work Permit Card, the approved and stamped of your UK Tier 2 Work Visa.

We do not offer SALARY DEDUCTION for work permit fees or FLY NOW PAY LATER or SEND VISA or WORK PERMIT BEFORE PAYMENT system, we expect a serious and interested applicant to provide a recent tuberculosis medical test result and pay for his/her work permit fee (£610 GBP).

• AIRFARE
Round trip ticket will be provided Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR management (From the applicant destination to the United Kingdom and back to the applicant destination upon the completion of contract). Free Transportation to the site of employment and in the following cases, free returned transportation to the point of origin;

a. Expiration of the contract;
b. Termination of the contract by the Employer without just cause;
c. If the employee is unable to continue to work due to work connected or work-aggravated injury or illness;
d. Force majeure
e. Such cases when a contract of employment is terminated through no fault of the Employee.
• LEAVE WITH FULL PAY:
a. Vacation Leave: 2 weeks
b. Sick Leave: 2 weeks

• INSURANCE
Personal life and accident insurance in accordance with the host government and/ or employee country government laws without cost to the worker. In addition, for areas declared by the employee country Government as war risk, insurance of not less than £60,480 GBP shall be provided by the employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management at no cost to the worker.
The EMPLOYER (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management shall, at his/her account, repatriate the Employee to the latter’s place of origin in the employee country upon completion of this Contract. In case of termination of the worker’s employment for cause or as a result of death or serious injury, the EMPLOYER (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management shall immediately inform the employee country Embassy/Labor Attaché nearest the site of employment and/the EMPLOYER’S (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Legal Representative about said event.

In case of death of the EMPLOYEE, the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management shall bear the expenses for the repatriation of remains of the EMPLOYEE and his personal properties to his relatives in the employee home country, or if repatriation is not possible under certain circumstances, the proper disposition thereof, upon previous arrangement with the worker’s next of kin, or in the absence of the latter, the nearest employee country Labor Attaché and/or employee country Embassy/Consulate.
In all cases, the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management shall insure that benefits due to the Employee shall be made available to him or his beneficiaries within the shortest time possible.

• TERMINATIONS
Termination by Employer: The Employer may terminate this Contract on the following just causes: serious misconduct
a. Willful disobedience to Employer’s (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) management lawful orders
b. habitual neglect of duties
c. Absenteeism: the practice of regularly staying away from work without good reason.
d. Insubordination revealing secrets of establishment
e. Engaging in trade union activities. When Employee violates customs traditions and laws of United Kingdom and/or terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Employee shall shoulder the repatriation expenses.

• TERMINATIONS BY EMPLOYEE: The Employee may terminate this Contract without serving any notice to the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management. For any of the following just causes;

a. Serious insult by the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) management or his representative
b. The inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the Employee by the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management or his representative
c. Commission of a crime/offense by the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management or his representative and violation of the terms and conditions of the employment contract by the employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management or his representative.

Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management shall pay the repatriation expenses back to the employee home country. The Employee may terminate this Contract without just cause by serving one (1) month in advance written notice to the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management. The Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management upon whom no such notice was served may hold the Employee liable for damages. In any case, the Employee shall shoulder all expenses relative to his repatriation back to his point of origin.

Termination due to illness: Either party may terminate the contract on the ground of illness, disease or injury suffered by the employee. The employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management shall shoulder the cost of repatriation. In case of disputes arising from the implementation of the Employment Contract between the Employer (Premier Inn Group of Hotels & Restaurants PIGHR) Management and the Contract Worker, all efforts shall be made by the said parties to settle them amicably. If necessary, such negotiations shall be undertaken in cooperation and with the participation of the employee home country Labor Attaché/Embassy/Consulate nearest the site of employment.

PS: The United Kingdom government law mandatory U.K/Non U.K Citizen Applicant/AU Pair Applicant to provide their recent Covid-19 Medical Result, Tuberculosis Medical Test Results and Work Permit Fees for the approval of their U.K Job Appointment/Sponsorship Certificate, and the U.K tier 2 visa. This is a strict warning; you must not disrespect, be rude, violate or say an abusive word to our human resources team and our authorized travel agency team. We do take a disciplinary measure against any employee that violates our company rules, terms and conditions.
