APPOINTMENT LETTER

Dear

You have been selected for the post of (CIVIL ENGINEER) your monthly salary will be 8,500 CAD. And you the company on 4th April 2020 wjth reference to your resume application and successful answers on your application form provided by you. Our management has decided to offer the above position. The following terms and conditions will be applicable in the employment:

Your salary shall be Eight thousand Five hundred Dollars (8,500.00) per month. You shall also be covered by the standard benefit plans and fringe benefits explained to you in the agreement letter. For the first year, vacation time shall be pro-rated so you will be entitled to thirty (30) days for per year. It is understood and accepted that the employment relationship we have agreed as a mutual relationship and that it may be ended by either party, at any time for any reason. Attached to this mail is your Appointment letter.

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. Lunch time: 12.00 noon to 1.00 p.m. Two (2) tea breaks of 15 minutes each Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and Sunday is holiday. The Company reserves the right to change your working days and hours.

You are expected to give me progress update on your visa processing between (2) days after receiving this appointment letter and a copy of this had been send to my Lawyer for documentation:
