Many text plagiarized from several legitimate websites, stock photos including one of petrol tanks with their company logo photoshopped on. According to Google Maps that address leads to the Wilbur-Ellis company with small tanks of agro-chemicals not petroleum and it's situated on the edge of the Arroyo Collorado River in Rio Hondo, TX which is a small shallow inland waterway barely 200 feet wide, not a ship in sight or a dock since those agro chemicals are being transported by land.
