So this refinery was created on December 15, 2008? Well why did the website only go up on October 29, 2014!
Website states: "For more than 10 years, Oil Refinery Yenisei has been supplying the people and economic entities in Russia and the countries in the CIS..." Why has the website only existed since October 29, 2014 which is one and half years ago when it has supposedly been around for 10 years?
