This is to inform about one of our colleges experience with one of the Refinery named Kirishi oil refinery the website is http://www.kirishioilrefinery.ru/ and the website of tankfarm is http://seabunker.nl/ . they have said that their head office is in Rotterdam and the product(jp54) is in their tanks in rotterdam . But My colleague went there at rotterdam and searched for the address " 500, Moezelweg 255 3198 LS Eurooport Rotterdam . Kuwait petroleum was the company visible on that address and there was not even an office of Seabunker which claims that their head office is at Rotterdam . When we called the tankfarm for the appointment they said that we can visit the tank farm only after Making the payment and that is 50000 $ per day . So we came to know that both the tank farm and refinery are fak . And more over by seeing their TSR I did understood that they were fake .
