and that company is called CenterCaspneftegaz, it's own by Lukoil and Gazprom and they don't sell oil on the Internet.
The Nigerian scammer behind fake tecaspgazk.ru is also using oilcng@gmail.com / Skype: oilmangr / 786-667-0482 / and uses various fake names such as Frederick Middleton and Stephen Clive.
