Translation by Google :
Net scammers are lawless, inhumane and no mercy for their thousands of victims each year, ruined, destroyed, some even driven to suicide. They have no morals, no creed, greed is matched only their egos and their cowardice, their God is money and the rest does not matter strictly and pathologically. They are only harmful to society, cockroaches in wait hidden under false identities in search of their next victim. They are low because they only respond to a single motor, greed.

Re: Known Benin Scammers

Unread post by Caped Crusader » Thu Mar 03, 2016 7:42 pm

The problem of cybercrime originating from Benin and targeting the West and Francophone Africa has reached alarming proportions. These criminals are the main source of fake immigration and job scams targeting the Congo, Tunisia, Algeria etc. .. and fake loan scams and credit card fraud targeting Europe. These despicable thieves get rich on the backs of victims without jobs or in financial difficulty therefore the most vulnerable. Benin has become synonymous with Internet Fraud and all Beninese are paying the price as many international traders refuse to negotiate with the country and for good reason, honest Beninese is often falsely suspected. This applies doubly to Beninese living abroad because cybercriminals seeps into the country using student visas, and then facilitate the frauds with the collaboration of accomplices in Benin. Others solicit the help of victims caught on dating sites, both straight and gay.

Note that Benin cybercriminals exposed here are only a small fraction of the real number, and considering that the magnitude of the problem which has been getting worse over the years there has been little action from Benin authorities in my opinion. The solution must come from Benin and a good start would be to target the crooks at the top, those who have build expensive Vilas in the suburbs of Cotonou, and who drive around in luxury cars, with the complicity of bribed corrupt police officers who turn a blind eye. Criminal gang leaders like Bertin BIDOGOUN, Aduls DANDJINOU, Kamal AGUEMON and Mathias DaSILVA, such is the rot that infects the Beninese youth because these bosses lead a criminal structure that subcontract to young Beninese the placing of ads and withdrawals of Western Union or Mandat Cash Urgent, the building of scam websites, etc. ..,

Benin Medias have had the courage to expose these scams despite threats and smear campaigns on the part of certain of these criminals, and criticism from some who would rather not talk about it for fear of worsening the damage caused to the country's reputation. Let's hope they redouble their efforts to expose this cancer since the only way to solve the problem is to first recognize its seriousness.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Le problème de la cybercriminalité en provenance du Bénin ciblant l'Occident et l'Afrique francophone a atteint des proportions alarmantes. Ces criminels sont la principale source d'escroqueries d'immigration et d'emploi ciblant le Congo, la Tunisie, l'Algérie, etc .. et les escroqueries de faux prêts et fraude de carte bancaire ciblant l'Europe. Ces voleurs méprisables s'enrichissent sur le dos des victimes sans emploi ou en difficulté financière donc les plus vulnérables. Le Bénin est devenu synonyme de fraude par Internet et tous les Béninois en paient le prix car nombreux commerçants internationaux refusent de négocier avec le pays et pour cause, l'honnête Béninois est souvent faussement soupçonné. Ceci s'applique doublement aux Béninois vivants à l'étranger car les cybercriminels s'y infiltrent avec des visas d'étudiants, ce qui facilite par la suite les fraudes en collaboration avec des complices au Bénin. D'autres sollicitent l'aide de victimes attrapés sur les sites de rencontres, à la fois hétérosexuels et homosexuels.
Notez que les cybercriminels Béninois exposés ici ne sont qu'une petite fraction du nombre réel, et considèrent l'ampleur du problème qui s'est aggravé au fil des ans, il ya eu peu d'action des autorités béninoises à mon avis. La solution doit venir du Bénin et un bon début serait de cibler les escrocs au top, ceux qui ont construit des Vilas dispendieuses dans la banlieue de Cotonou, et qui se promènent en voitures deluxe, avec la complicité de policiers corrompus qui se tournent les yeux. Les dirigeants de bandes criminalisées tels que Bertin BIDOGOUN, Aduls DANDJINOU, Kamal AGUEMON et Mathias DaSYLVA, tel est la pourriture qui infecte la jeunesse béninoise parce que ces patrons mêne une structure criminelle qui sous-traite aux jeunes Béninois le placement d'annonces d'arnaque et retraits de Western Union ou Mandat Cash Urgent etc ..,
Les médias du Bénin ont eu le courage de dénoncer ces escroqueries malgré les menaces et campagne de salissage de la part de certains cybercriminels, et les critiques de certains qui préfèrent ne pas en parler de crainte d'aggraver les dommages causés à la réputation du pays. Espérons qu'ils redoublent d'efforts pour dénoncer ce cancer puisque le début de la solution du problème est d'abord d'en reconnaître la gravité.
