We supply varieties of round logs both Ex-work , At buyers wood park in Cameroon once he issue us his irrevocable purchase order sign and stamped.FOB delivery term: we serve you all round the clock because my company , has direct contact with UFA,
Prices and Payment terms
Our prices are base on wood specification. Like
Diameter:, Length of round logs . For saw wood its base
Length, width, thickness.
Payment terms: Ex- work delivery at buyer's park in Douala is cash on delivery
FOB /CNF terms payment is 50% Advance and balance against BL or
100% LC at sight, Irrevocable, transferable Documented LC of credit confirm at sight.
We only start loading wood when our international bank has confirm the LC .
Min order on LC: 200m3
Diameter: 60cm+
Length: 5m+
Our procedures for LC are as follows.
-Buyer send LOI
-Seller send SCO/ FCO, buyer sign and return with ICPO
-Seller give logs pictures and Sales and Purchase Contract (SPA) buyer sign and return SPA.
-Seller issue PI and Log list and buyer return with Draft LC for seller to Review
- Seller bank notify seller of LC confirmation and loading begins, .
So, you must make sure your LOI has full and details specification of the round logs. This procedures are only for Round logs.
For saw wood. We only work on demand after LC has been confirm by our bank and min order is 200m3
